Facilitating MSMEs

The capability and viability of the defence and aerospace industry is built on the strength of supply chains, in which the MSMES are intricately intertwined. There are substantially large number of MSMES across the country supplying components and sub-assemblies and systems to the Defence Public Sector Undertakings, Ordnance Factories, Defence Research and Development Organization and private industries.

Government has been putting special focus to provide special incentives to MSMES in the policies; be it Offsets, MAKE Procedure, reservation in procurements.Interaction with vendors and concerned stakeholders are organized regularly at various levels to understand their issues and decisions are taken to address their concerns.
